Our recruitment process

Futura is not a CV-led recruitment company – all of the candidates we put forward for a role have been interviewed, and are only put forward because we’re 100% confident they are right for the job.

Let’s face it, there’s nothing worse than being bombarded with unqualified CVs. That’s not a recruitment solution, it’s a recruitment problem – our role is to make your life easier, not harder.

Everybody we put forward for a job has been interviewed by us. So when our clients receive candidate information, they’re only getting information about people who we believe are right for the role and right for the company.

In many cases, the best people won’t actually have an up-to-date CV – good people are often not looking for a job as they are successful where they are. We’re especially good at locating high-performing recruitment professionals – even when they aren’t looking to move.

We recognise that recruitment is a personality-based industry, and how someone will ‘fit into’ a company is at least as important as whether they have the skills for the role. We work with our clients to understand their business and culture, so that we’re indentifying people who will enjoy working with them and be a success within their organisation.

We believe in detailed communication and make ourselves available as much as possible, and provide as much information as we can.

We like honest feedback – if we don’t supply a suitable candidate, we want to understand why, so that we can both put things right and improve our service.
