This role presents an excellent opportunity in a buoyant sector of the recruitment industry. The company has grown from a £45 million to a £100 million turnover in the past year. This role is perfect for ambitious and hard working candidates who want to progress their career.
ROLE: Business Development Manager
SALARY: Up to £45,000 + unlimited OTE + excellent company benefits.
LOCATION: South Manchester
Our client has a turnover in excess of £104 million and are recognised as main suppliers within the Public Sector Recruitment area. They are looking for a dynamic Business Development professional who can attract high margin business and recognise master vender PSL style businesses. They sell across contract and permanent markets and they are looking for a candidate with a very strong hands on attitude who can demonstrate major business wins in the past.
The role encompasses Business Development with a combination of cold calling and calling established clients in a market that at present is recession proof, spending £70 billion a year. They are looking for people who cannot only sell high margin business but recognise an opportunity of a PSL or RPO managed solution. The work ranges from low-level public services through to high-level, high margin interims within the NHS. They are perceived as a quality, service orientated company and have exciting expansion plans.
