Futura launches industry leading training programme
The Northwest’s leading rec2rec company, Futura, has just launched a new comprehensive training programme for its staff.
Futura has embarked on a company-wide training programme for all of its recruitment staff. The training is being delivered by Recruitment Training, a world leader in learning programmes specifically for recruitment companies.
John Whalley, managing director at Futura, believes that regular training is essential to keep a team’s skills at the leading edge. “We believe that our team is the best – but we want to keep them at the top of their game. Our new training programme will help to make this happen.”
The training is an end-to-end learning programme, for all members of Futura’s recruitment team, and includes:
- induction training.
- intermediate training.
- training for senior management.
- training to help people become ‘super-billers’.
The programme will remain a permanent part of Futura’s personal and team development strategy.
