Career moves: Lucy Norman moves into Chester-based recruitment role – the second time’s a charm with Futura
Demonstrating a level of service that keeps both clients and candidates coming back, the Northwest’s leading rec-to-rec agency, Futura, successfully places a recruitment consultant for the second time.
The way to keep customers is by always providing the best service – and it was for that reason that recruitment consultant Lucy Norman chose to return to Futura.
Greater Manchester-based rec-to-rec company Futura had helped her to find a new role in 2007, with BTG Recruitment – a role in which she was successful and enjoyed until she relocated to Chester in 2009. Seeking work closer to home, she turned to Futura.
Gary Cox, associate director at Futura, helped Lucy to secure a new position with Chester-based recruitment company Korus Recruitment Group. Says Gary: “I always get a kick out of placing candidates into roles where they are exactly right – and it’s especially rewarding when you get the opportunity to help the same person twice. We obviously did something right the first time around!”
Lucy agrees: “I have known Futura for several years – they have successfully placed me at two companies – BTG Recruitment Limited in Manchester and more recently Korus Group in Chester. I found Gary to be a professional, articulate and highly competent rec2rec consultant who not only took the time to properly listen to my brief but also then spent time sourcing the best possible opportunities for me. As a result, I have successfully progressed my career with their assistance and would have no hesitations in recommending Futura’s services.”
