Responsibility of providing, implementing and developing a first-class business development strategy to a large scale management team the Change Management recruitment industry.
Due to rapid expansion plans, our client are now looking for highly motivated self-starters with a demonstrable track record of high level sales experience.
You will have the proven ability to develop and implement a sales strategy, win new business opportunities and develop existing accounts. The successful candidates will ideally have knowledge of management consultancy, interim management or professional recruitment. However, with the right candidate, this is not essential.
Our client is offering market leading basic salaries of £80,000 – £100,000 per annum with on target earnings of £100,000 – £200,000 in addition to a number of very attractive company benefits. These include:
