Our client is currently recruiting for a Senior Recruitment Developer to join their team in a fantastic city centre location. They specialise in the Driving and Industrial sector of the recruitment industry and are looking to create another division along side this part of the company.
They are therefore looking for Business Development Managers from ANY sector to start this up, make new contacts, bring in clients and fill vacancies. It is vital that you know your market incredibly well and have at least 3 years experience within this background.
As a person, it would be useful if you can take a creative approach to recruitment and can think on your own feet. You will be driven, incredibly dedicated and motivated by your success.
The client will offer you a basic salary of £35,000 with a very competitive commission structure and fantastic benefits.
